This website (govintelhub.org) is operated by GovIntelHub SRL, VAT BE 1015.636.025, Anderlecht, Belgium. GovIntelHub SRL is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What personal data we collect and why
When you contact us. If you email us or contact us through LinkedIn, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use this only to reply to you and, if relevant, to prepare or carry out an assignment. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
When you visit the website. Our website is hosted by Webnode. Like any web server, it automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use analytics or advertising tracking on this website, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Third-party services
- Webnode: website hosting and platform. The platform may include its own technical components.
- Google Fonts: the site loads fonts from Google's servers, so your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads.
- iubenda: manages our cookie consent banner.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We only use cookies that are necessary for the website to work and to remember your cookie choice. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep data
- Emails and enquiries: as long as needed to handle your request, and up to 3 years afterwards unless an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation requires longer, for example accounting records.
- Technical server data: according to our hosting provider's standard retention.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email cocreation@govintelhub.org. We will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit): www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
